I've been meaning to try these for a long time but I always chicken out! (No pun intended) But I finally tried it and it was so good I'm sorry I waited. Carrots, onions, water chestnuts, baby corn, bok choy... All sautéed in ginger and garlic and sauce made from soy sauce, white wine vinegar, peanut butter and some Sriracha.
I didn't follow an exact recipe so all I can say is trust your instincts and go for it!
